1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pk767 platform — available at pk767.pro — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and pk767 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full functionality of pk767, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• One Account Only: Each player may hold only one account. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of this information at all times.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify pk767 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Non-Transferability: Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party.
• KYC Compliance: pk767 may require identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

pk767 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or USDT where applicable.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 (or equivalent in USDT).
• Deposits are generally credited to your pk767 account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• pk767 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 (or equivalent in USDT).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 2–5 business days.
• pk767 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pk767 offers various bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual offer before a withdrawal can be requested. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed and games played on pk767:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by pk767. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placement.
• Errors & Obvious Mistakes: pk767 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or human error ("palpable error"). In such cases, the stake will be refunded to the player's account.
• Event Cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with pk767's sport-specific rules, which are available in the betting help section.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Casino Game Outcomes: All casino game outcomes on pk767 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). pk767 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical failure affecting a game or bet in progress, pk767 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. The Company's decision on the settlement of such bets shall be final.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

• Chargebacks or disputes with payment providers in bad faith.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk767 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain account security.
• Decisions made by the player in connection with bets placed or games played.

The pk767 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure).

Players who wish to close their own accounts may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any genuine balance remaining in a closed account, where no breach of Terms is involved, will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pk767 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk767 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
